Cockburnspath

This cottage has had the full works carried out and when you walk into the project its like stepping into a new build home.

We created a large extension to the rear and side of the existing cottage. The extension accommodates a new kitchen, dinning and living area. With the additions of a spacious utility room and w/c to the rear of the extension it creates an amazing addition to what was already a lovely home.

Within the existing property we changed all the external windows and doors, changed the clients en-suite making it more spacious. The communal shower room was replaced and modernised. With new internal doors, joinery finishing’s and engineered flooring fitted in all areas. All that was left to do was paint. We painted the full internal of the property and external cast iron rain water goods, and facias to bring a modern touch to a rustic cottage.
