We follow the same four stages with all of our clients in order to get them the result that they want, quickly and efficiently.

Stage 1: Consultation

An inspection of the proposed works to assess feasibility and determine the need for planning permission or a building warrant applications. A free quote will be issued for our professional fees at this stage.

With close consultation between the client, architects, engineers and local authorities we can turn proposed projects into reality giving our clients exactly what they want.

Stage 2: Design & Planning

Should you choose to advance and instruct our architect to proceed, we will have our architect produce detailed drawings along with engineers drawings.

Upon approval from the client, where necessary, we will submit the designs for local authority determination. Once the local authority are satisfied with the Planning and Building warrant drawings they will approve the project for development.

Stage 3: Build

We will issue our client with a construction quotation that include a bill of quantities supplied by our surveyor at this stage.

The build will begin within weeks of obtaining all necessary permissions. The duration will depend on the type of works being carried out. The client will be advised during consultation following approval.

Our service also covers organising and obtaining local authority highway licenses for all aspects of the build including mobile cranes if necessary, scaffolding and waste disposal containers.

Stage 4: Completion

A completion certificate will be issued by building control and our guarantee of all the works will begin.
